- Applicant must have verified work experience at a member track or series.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Download all 3 forms below
- Return to WDRA Tech at PO Box 701 Norwalk Ohio 44857 (Do NOT return to SFI)
- Tests will be submitted to SFI by WDRA after work verification has been done.
- SFI will advise applicants by mail of the results and if successful issue the applicant
their certification.
